This is my first setting powder that i bought from Ayala Canter Cebu
(a local mall here in Cebu). As i was strolling inside the
cosmetics corner of the department store, i saw products from Nichido. One
of the products that attracted me the most was their Nichido Loose Powder.
Ingredients: talc, zinc oxide, zinc stearate, titanium dioxide, kaolin,
magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, perfume.
How to's:
for a light coverage, apply with a kabuki brush or any kind of
brush that you're comfortable with.
for a sheer coverage, apply with a powder puff applicator.
Likes:
- goes with my natural color
- "buildable" coverage
- safe for everyday use
- mattifies the face after using liquid foundation and concealer
- very affordable
- available all over the Philippines
- sifter contains a lot of product.
- skin becomes oily after 3-4 hours
- the more you put on the more obvious and unnatural it will become
- not really waterproof
- doesn't have SPF
I don't really recommend this product if you go through a lot of activities
that will cause sweat to come off the face as this product will slide
out all over your face causing it to appear like a grease ball.
But i do think it's OK to use this for special occasions like indoor parties
where temperature is cooler.
Another thing for all, some people think that local cosmetics bands here in
Philippines doesn't have good quality at all. well for me i say that our cosmetic
lines are safe for us and they have better quality than you think.
i mean, you can trust these products as much as you trust international
branded products. Lets give our local products a chance y'all. Ü
Total Damage: P187.00 (not that bad)
